Transaction Procedure (FOB Terms Only)

Our transaction process has been designed to ensure transparency, legal compliance, and mutual security between both parties. Below is the standard procedure followed for every lithium carbonate transaction under FOB (Free on Board) terms:

1. Buyer Initiation:
   The buyer submits an official Letter of Intent (LOI) on company letterhead along with a comprehensive Company Profile, including business registration, contact details, and proof of transaction capability.
2. Seller Response:
   Upon receiving the LOI and profile, the seller issues a detailed Full Corporate Offer (FCO) along with product specifications, pricing, available quantity, and terms of delivery.
3. ICPO Submission:
   The buyer thoroughly reviews the FCO and, if in agreement, provides an official Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with acceptance of terms.
4. Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA):
   A draft SPA is prepared and shared with the buyer. Upon review and negotiation, both parties finalize and sign the SPA to initiate the contract legally.
5. On-Site Visit / Third-Party Inspection:
   Buyers are encouraged to visit our facility in Bolivia or appoint a certified third-party inspection agency to verify product quantity, packaging, and documentation readiness before payment.
6. Payment Terms:
   The buyer is required to remit a 100% cash deposit prior to loading.
   ⚠️ Note: We do not accept Letters of Credit (LC), SBLC, BG, or any form of bank instruments. Strictly cash-based transaction only.
7. Packing & Documentation Period:
   Post confirmation of payment, our logistics and export department initiates packing and full documentation, which is completed within 7 to 10 working days.
8. Shipping:
   Goods are delivered FOB from Arica Port, Chile. Exact shipment schedule is communicated in accordance with the SPA terms.
9. Face-to-Face Meeting (Recommended):
